TerraNova Equestrian Center Spotlights Chief Revenue Officer Laura Bostwick helping to build Florida's premier equestrian destination
MYAKKA CITY, Fla., July 28, 2026—TerraNova Equestrian Center is proud to spotlight our Chief Revenue Officer, Laura Bostwick, for her active participation to strategically position TerraNova as Florida's premier equestrian destination. Originally from Wellington, FL, Bostwick’s appreciation for all facets of the equestrian sport comes from her familial roots. As a first-generation college graduate from Florida Atlantic University with an MBA in Sports Management, she was able to obtain an internship and later, a full-time position with a prominent equestrian center in Wellington for a decade, further expanding her knowledge, experience, and passion for the industry through the establishment of corporate sponsorships.
"Working within the sponsorship sector, I saw how much the industry was evolving and got inspired,” Bostwick shared. “The more the industry grew, the more opportunities I saw for corporate partners to bring the sport into the mainstream spotlight and grow public awareness."
As Laura continued to expand her passion for leadership development and philanthropy she expanded her involvement with several nationally recognized leadership groups. In 2019, Bostwick became an avid supporter and one of the founding members of Equestrian Businesswomen (EQBW) organization through the Wellington-based equestrian facility. Founded by media executive Jennifer Wood and her partners, EQBW provides vital networking outlets and multi-day conferences for women in the industry. The organization continues to make a positive impact on women in the industry at the national level through networking events, conferences, and the growth of a sense of community.
"Being part of the Equestrian Businesswomen organization has been incredibly rewarding," said Bostwick. "I’ve been able to encourage women to network, secure jobs, and grow their businesses. It’s a completely women-focused, positive environment that leaves you feeling inspired about the future of our industry."
However, Bostwick’s commitment to elevating women in sports management extends beyond EQBW. She is also slated to attend the prestigious Sports Business Journal Game Changers Conference in New York City on October 1, 2026, which honors women in sports business.
Bostwick’s transition to TerraNova Equestrian Center in 2024 represented a reunion of trusted industry experts. Having worked alongside TerraNova team members Annette Compson-Goyette for nearly a decade in Wellington and Molly Oakman, President of TerraNova Enterprises, LLC, in North Carolina, these relationships made her a natural fit to join the team once Oakman stepped into her full-time leadership role at the Myakka City facility.

At TerraNova, Bostwick has served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) since 2024, overseeing all revenue-generating processes for the facility.
Drawing from over a decade of experience in the equestrian industry, she stepped in and aligned TerraNova Equestrian Center’s sales, marketing, and customer success teams by spearheading a unique, relationship-focused business model that prioritizes long-term, intimate partnerships over high-volume turnover for corporate sponsorships. To achieve this, she focuses on optimizing resources to implement revenue strategies and scalable pricing models that meet corporate financial targets by unifying the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to create a seamless consumer lifecycle and maximize client lifetime value, reducing churn.
She continues to identify new creative sponsorship strategies, distribution channels, strategic partnerships, and customer segments to drive long-term business growth by securing high-value event prizes and giveaways and creating organic brand activations for competitors and vendors alike.
Additionally, her willingness to be part of the team, outside of her important leadership role as CRO, she helped oversee lodging operations this past season and through that experience, gained direct insight into competitors' needs and has begun implementing dedicated lodging sponsors for the upcoming season.
Laura continues her work in community engagement and leadership development with her active participation to support groups such as the Bradenton Area (Manatee County) Economic Development Commission, The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, and several other local and national charities and non-profit organizations.
As TerraNova Equestrian Center continues to expand its footprint as a world-class venue, Bostwick remains dedicated to planting the seeds of awareness that will push the equestrian sport into the global sporting mainstream.
