We can offer meditations and sound bath sessions under the oaks for beginning or end of day reset.
Equine Stretch Class: With foundations in yoga and ballet, this 45 minute session involves partnering with your horse on the ground
Sports Mindset: A sit-down talk with Tik where we have a conversation about how to address the inevitable emotions (fear, nerves, frustration) that come with riding horses and competing.
