Taverna Toscana Partners with TerraNova to Elevate Culinary Experience at Premier Events
Sept. 23, 2025 - Myakka City, FL — TerraNova Equestrian Center is pleased to announce a unique partnership with Bradenton restaurant, Taverna Toscana. Under the visionary ownership of Steve Herrig and the culinary leadership of renowned Chef Fabio Viviani, this collaboration will bring Taverna Toscana’s signature flavors to TerraNova’s prestigious events, offering guests an unforgettable experience combining world-class cuisine with world-class equestrian events.

Chef Fabio Viviani, known for his Italian roots and dedication to bringing authentic Tuscan flavors to the table, will curate unique, elevated menus for each of TerraNova’s events. “Guests can expect menus that are carefully crafted for each TerraNova event, designed to balance the richness of Tuscan tradition with modern culinary creativity,” said Herrig.
“Partnering with TerraNova represents a milestone moment in our journey. It allows us to extend our hospitality into one of the region’s most dynamic and vibrant event settings, bringing elevated Tuscan-inspired cuisine to a broader audience,” said Viviani.
“Signature dishes from Taverna Toscana may make an appearance, including our hand-crafted pastas, Tuscan-style prime steaks, and coastal-inspired seafood creations that reflect the flavors of both Italy and Florida’s Gulf Coast,” Viviani explained. “Guests can also expect elevated twists on comfort classics, seasonal risottos, and indulgent desserts that showcase our dedication to detail, quality, and authentic Tuscan craftsmanship.”
A selection of drinks, including an open beer & wine bar, mimosa bar, and Bloody Mary station, will complement the buffet-style service.
Guests can discover this new experience beginning in October. Tickets are on sale now for Dressage at TerraNova on Saturday, October 18th, a competition featuring top-ranked riders and horses from around the world as they perform Olympic-level Grand Prix tests. The buffet will be served from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and will include preferred parking, ringside seating, and panoramic views of the competition arenas from TerraNova’s beautiful pavilion.

TerraNova Equestrian Center is located in picturesque Myakka City, Florida, east of Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch. Seasonal events run from October through May featuring international equestrian competitions in dressage, three-day eventing, combined driving, and show jumping.
